Newly R70 Museum Rail Twister Lock 2.5mm steel cable

The Twister Lock steel cable has been specially developed for the Newly R70 Museum Line picture rail and is used in combination with the Newly H70 Auto-Grip Lock safety hook. This hanging concept has been specially designed for the safe hanging of large and heavy paintings and objects in museums and galleries.

The steel cable with Twister Lock is easy to use. Insert the narrow side of the Twister Lock into the rail, turn it 90° and gently pull the rope so that the Twister Lock is firmly seated in the rail, done. This mechanism allows the twister lock to be placed and removed anywhere in the rail. The wire is also equipped with a Cliq2fix safety system, which ensures that the wire does not slip out of the rail when hanging or hanging. As a result, the wire always hangs firmly in the rail.

The Twister Lock steel cable is available in lengths of 200cm, 300cm and 500cm and has a maximum load capacity of 70 kg.
In combination with the Newly safety hook H70 Auto-Grip Lock, the maximum load capacity is 100 kg for hanging a picture with 2 suspension cords and 2 picture hooks.

Note: The stated maximum load capacity applies to hanging a picture with 2 suspension cables and 2 picture hooks. The weight of the image must not exceed the specified load capacity, otherwise secure suspension cannot be guaranteed. The load-carrying capacity does not increase by using additional suspension cables or picture hooks! For each suspension, the smallest specified load capacity applies as the maximum weight.

Note: The Newly Steel Wire Cable with Twister Lock can only be used in combination with the Newly Safety Hook H70 Auto-Grip Lock.
