Artiteq Parabond 600 Kit for the Contour Rail

Parabond 600 is a high-quality, fast-curing, permanently elastic adhesive sealant based on MS-Polymer with a very high initial tack.

Applications: Parabond 600 has a very high initial strength and adheres without primer to almost all construction materials such as aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel, zinc, copper, natural stone, concrete, brick, cement-based cladding panels, treated wood, plaster, glass, glaze and various plastics.

Very suitable for bonding and installing safety glass in the banking industry, installing cable ducts, mitring aluminum windows, mirrors. As a universal adhesive, it is extremely suitable for the structural bonding of panels and elements in professional interior and ceiling construction. Clamping or stamping can in most cases be omitted.

1 tube is sufficient for 4.5 to 5 meters of Contour Rail.

Preparation of the wall and ceiling:

1. Check that the surface is solid (and not hollow) and that any plaster or paint layers are firmly attached. Never glue on loose surfaces (even partially loose), wallpaper or thin plastered polyurethane foam sealant.
2. Always clean the parts of the wall and ceiling on which the bonding takes place carefully, making them free of dust and grease.
3. Lightly sand the rail itself on the surfaces to be glued and then make it dust-free and disinfect it.

After gluing:

Allow 14 days to load the rails to allow the adhesive to fully cure.

Maximum load with a glued rail with Parabond 600: 5 kg per wire and 10 kg per meter
